Privacy

This is a demonstration site with no accounts, no sign-up and no advertising. It measures how it is used, with as little as possible, and this page says exactly what that is.

What we store

One row per visit, written when you leave the page or ten seconds after you arrive, whichever comes first. Each row holds:

  • the date and time of the visit;
  • the language you read it in, and whether you switched;
  • the domain that linked you here, if any — the domain only, never the full address;
  • how many seconds the visit lasted;
  • which sections of the page came into view;
  • what you opened in the demo console, how many questions you asked, and whether you used the calculator and the pilot scoping tool;
  • the country our hosting provider reports for the connection;
  • the code in your link, when you were given one.

Rows are deleted automatically after 180 days.

What we do not store

No IP address. No browser or device fingerprint. No identifier that survives the visit: the row is filed under a random number generated when the page loads, kept in memory and never written to your browser. Two visits from the same person are two rows with nothing linking them, which also means we cannot tell them apart. The exception is the code in your link: visits with the same code carry it, and we know who we gave each link to.

Cookies

None. Not ours and not anyone else's, for measurement or for advertising, which is why you were not asked to accept anything. Our hosting provider may set a technical cookie for security; we neither control nor read it.

What your browser keeps

  • Your language, so the page opens the way you left it. It stays on your device.
  • The code in your link, if you were given one, for as long as the tab is open.

Clearing your browser data removes both.

The live agent

If your link carries a valid code, the demo console answers free-form questions. What you type is sent to our server, which forwards it to Anthropic's API using our key, and the answer comes back the same way. The figures in the answer are calculated in your browser and sent back through our server to Anthropic so the model can answer; they are synthetic.

Do not type anything confidential into it. It is a demonstration over invented data, and there is no reason to give it anything real.

To keep the cost bounded, the server counts requests per link and per minute. For the per-minute limit it stores a short, salted hash of the IP address — not the address itself — and removes it on a later request, and within two days at most.

Who else is involved

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the measurement and the agent endpoint. Like any host, it processes the connection itself.
  • Anthropic receives your questions and those synthetic figures, and only if you use the live agent.

Nobody else. No analytics product, no advertising network, no social widgets, no external fonts: everything the page loads comes from this domain.

Your rights

Without a code, nothing identifies you, so we cannot find your rows to show you or delete them: there is nothing to look them up by. If you were given a link with a code and want the rows carrying that code deleted, ask and we will delete them.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page changes with it. The site is not public yet, so there is no earlier version to compare against.
